How does Rainbow Veggies™ "Farm-to-table" delivery concept work?

It all begins with our customer's signing up, selecting their box size, and we’ll deliver a box of farm-fresh Rainbow VeggiesTM to your home or convenient pickup site each week. It's our promise to deliver the produce at the peak of freshness, flavor and nutritional value. Also they are fresher than anything in the supermarket and that means it is tastier and more nutritious. It is also good for your local economy as buying directly from family farmers helps them stay in business.

What does 'Color me healthyTM' mean?

Ensuring overall health is improved through taking veggies and fruits in their array of colors. Eating the full rainbow colors of foods regularly helps give your body the nutrients it needs. In addition to fiber, vitamins and minerals, naturally colored foods contain what are known as phytochemicals. These powerful nutrients are the disease-fighting substances that also give fruits and vegetables their array of colors. Do I have to join to order Rainbow Veggies™?

Yes. By joining and ordering from Rainbow VeggiesTM, customers will receive a box size of their choosing of seasonal color and exotic vegetables at pre-determined intervals, many from our local & small farmers. Our customers also can order additional items outside vegetables of natural origin from our partner networks.

What do you mean by different subscription models?

There are 2 subscription models – Sliver and Gold. We understand that notion that'One size does not fit all’. We respect our customers to make their individual choice by selecting the required subscription based on preference to ensure that there will not be any undue wastage at both ends. Our customers can change their choice of ‘Subscription type’ once in a month and there is no charge for that. This monthly change restriction is to help with our logistics planning which is monthly so that there are no unsatisfied customers.

Can I switch between subscription types as I wish?

When will my box gets delivered?

Same day every week. The boxes are delivered weekly on every Saturday to your location and is the same each time with few exceptions (e.g., religious holidays etc.) where the boxes will be delivered a day earlier.

How does Billing work and how secure is the online payment of yours?

Credit/Debit/Net banking via Payment gateways. For all members, you will be billed after your submission of payment using the payment gateways. We use highly encrypted PayU payment gateway that are used by many big firms to ensure the security that is required foronline transactions.

Can I suspend the deliveries for longer period?

Yes you can. Please ensure to mark off the individual deliveries in the 'Delivery Scheduling' section to 'No delivery'.
